Coordinating a group outing to an event at the Donald L. Tucker Civic Center not only allows you attend the event at a discounted rate, but offers the opportunity for your group to be personally involved in the event through participating in experiences (experiences may vary depending on event and group size minimums).

The Preferred Buyer Program is designed to be an added benefit for your employees. Your company can receive special offers for family shows, FSU Basketball and concerts at the Donald L. Tucker Civic Center. Tickets for a family show or game can be easily purchased by calling the Group Sales Department and mailed directly to you. WHO IS ELIGIBLE?

Any current Season Ticket Holder or Group Ticket purchaser (purchased group tickets in 2020). The referral must purchase a group of 10 or more.

WHAT BENEFITS DO I RECEIVE?

For every new referral that becomes a new season ticket holder or group ticket purchaser of 10 or more tickets, you will receive two complimentary club seats to an FSU Men’s Basketball game.

Can I host a business meeting or special event at the Tucker Civic Center?

There are many spaces available to rent for corporate functions, meetings, and banquets. Contact our Conference & Banquet Sales Manager, Lucy Mann, at (850) 645-0720.

I purchased tickets to an event at your venue, but I need an ADA accessible seat. Can I exchange my seat?

Accessible seating can be purchased online, at the box office or by calling (850) 645-0747.

I am planning to bring a large group to a Tucker Civic Center. Can I get a group discount on tickets?

There are various shows throughout the year that offer group discounts. If you are interested in purchasing group tickets for any event, contact the group sales office at (850) 645-0746.

At what time will the public be allowed to enter the Tucker Center on event day?

For most events, doors open one hour prior to the event start time. This is subject to change depending on the event. 

Does the Tucker Center prohibit guests from entering with certain items?

Prohibited items include, but are not limited to: 

• Professional cameras
• Video recorders, audio recorders, iPads and GoPros 
• Cameras not meeting designated event standards
• Camera bags
• Weapons of any kind
• Pepper Spray or Mace
• Selfie Sticks
• Wallet chains
• Cans, Bottles & Glass
• Long Chains/Sharp Spikes
• Large Bags, purses, backpacks, and briefcases 
• Laser Pointers
• Outside Food, Drinks & Alcohol
• Air Horns/Noise Makers
• Offensive Banners/Posters
• Sticks or Poles of any kind
• Controlled Substances
• Chairs, folding chairs or any other type of individual chair for use
• Coolers
• Skateboards

Once I enter the Tucker Center, am I allowed to exit and re-enter using the same ticket?

The Tucker Civic Center has a no re-entry policy for ticketed events. Any guest who leaves the facility event is required to present an unused ticket to gain admission. In the event of an extenuating circumstance, please contact a staff member for assistance.
